Prior to occupancy, we will do a thorough house inspection and host a walkthrough with you which includes education on the house systems and how to maintain and operate your home. A third party 2/5/10 home warranty certification will be issued. Provided regular after-occupancy services.

With your approvals and a construction agreement and permit in hand and a construction package, we build your home! Schedule will be affected by size and complexity of house and interior design details. Budget, schedule & quality control diligently followed. Ongoing communication with homeowner through life of project to ensure the end product exceeds expectations.

Where we do our due diligence work and review all possible considerations for your project including design ideas (collaborative discussion with home and interior designer), cost and timing scenarios… Your dreams and wishes are drawn into your preliminary unique home designs tailored to your lot. Local bylaws and zoning will be reviewed to ensure compliance. Structural and Geotechnical engineers will be consulted.

House design – permit ready home plans completed. Scope of Work & Budget development - true budget finalized on decisions made and tendered trades pricing to achieve cost and scope certainty for your build. Interior design – while in for permit, we work with our interior designer to determine the finishes, inside and out. With house design plans, engineer’s designs & documents and completed permit application the Permit submission is carried out. Project Schedule is formalized.
